Our submission for this award was judged for its role in an integrated strategy of traditional media and digital media, the quality of the submission and the diversity as to the format of the final communication. The print media submitted included feature custom brochure collateral and magazine & specialty newspaper ads. We were able to submit this variety of print due to our commitment to a bespoke marketing plan, on a property by property assessment utilizing print where effective.
This award illustrates recognition of the faithwilson | Christie’s International Real Estate’s ability to use the right medium to target the appropriate potential buyer, thereby exhibiting bespoke marketing planning, eﬃcient and appropriate use of media, plus, strong memorable creative.
While this print was focused on the higher end of the market, this award shows our ability to address a vast variety of price points, architectural styles, remote versus urban excellence and do so in a variety of creative deliveries.
